Serdang, Jan 4th - UPM Alumni Relations Centre (ARCUPM) has conducted the second internal audit for the Public Sector Conducive Ecosystem (EKSA) and it was assessed by Mr. Sahrizan Mat Yatim, the EKSA coordinator for ARCUPM, and Mdm. Sarah Rahim, the internal EKSA auditor for ARCUPM.

This audit was conducted to evaluate the improvements made across each EKSA zone, based on the first internal audit that was carried out on September 26, 2023. This second series of internal audits for EKSA serves as the final preparation before the external evaluation for EKSA in conjunction with the Quality and Innovation in Public Service Day (HKIP) scheduled for July 2024.

This self-assessment audit also catalyzes staff to create a more conducive work environment. The cultivation of EKSA practices also contributes to a more organized and systematic work system.

ARCUPM is among the Responsibility Centres (PTj) that continuously support and enhance the adoption of EKSA practices. The support and cooperation from all staff, including at the management level, were instrumental in ARCUPM being recognized in 2022 as one of the best Responsibility Centres (PTJ) in EKSA practices.

It is greatly hoped that the past success can be maintained with the solid support of all staff, regardless of their position. This success is the result of consensus and teamwork from everyone.

Continuous improvements are always made from time to time towards creating a harmonious and safe work environment.
